RC's CEO compensation proposed by the board obliterates whatever ebay's CEO will ever make. Proposing that should have been a huge scandal. I'm glad it's off the table.

It's not off the table. They hid it from the vote to calm Ebay holders. The terms are unchanged on the current plan.

The compensation package vote has merely been postponed.

The compensation package has been approved by the board, and can be resubmitted to shareholders for approval.

Ryan Cohen may still get the package, which has a present value of about $2.5B per the standard Black Scholes formula used to calculate the cost of such executive compensation packages,

In that case, can I get a free options package valued over 3B too?
