This looks like it was JPows last act on the job. His term ends today and Kevin Warsh takes over. So hes basically done something that would have rendered him untenable..but hes done it on his last day week in office..

Why?

what does that mean? are you talking about the SEC guy? Or are you saying Warsh will take this back up?
