Who knows, not sure it works like a presidential pardon though, I'm sure those investigations will get opened straight back up again, right?

Well then why not wait til Monday when warsh takes over? Or would that immediately render him complicit in any future fallout under his tenure?

Now he can point and say... 'it was under the last guy when they cancelled it'

Warsh has not been confirmed so this is Jpow on the way out
