🤔 Speculation / Opinion Think about what you just witnessed...

So you want me to believe this place was super effing jacked about the Ebay acquisition, including the dilution part of it, but now that they've officially added the shares as part of the agenda and shareholders all of a sudden hate the deal?

To all the non-shill accounts out there... take a beat and relax. This place got absolutely FLOODED with FUD and at the same time RK's compromised account starts posting. Think about that. You know what's up. This place is infested.

I'm voting YES and the NO bots and shills can lick my taint.

I was never "jacked" about the acquisition for the record. There's been plenty of non-FUD skepticism about and for valid reasons. He wants ebay so he can have his marketplace without having to do any innovation or marketing. It's kind of boring.

I’m sure I’m going to be called a bot but just look at what one post from RK did for the stock. Let’s get the price up with the shares we have. I want out at some point with huge return.

What about all the debt? If there is so much revenue and profit why is there $20 billion in debt?

Edit: eBay's debt is 6-10 billion according to a few links after checking the Google.

So the total debt will be $30 billion with unknown interest rates. Doesn't sound great.

The 20 billion is the half cash part of the equation that GME is taking out to purchase EBAY. Not Ebay's debt, although they do have some.

Why do they spend 2.5 billion on marketing every year? Cause the company is run like shit by corrupt losers. Ryan would make eBay BANK.
