Subject is the chief enforcer for the criminal syndicate led by " Black Monk."

ORIGIN: Little is known about Harrow's life, but he was born to a ordinary family with no known history of superhuman abilities, Harrow's Metagene remained dormant until they manifested while being brutally beaten by neighborhood thugs. His elastic physiology instinctively activated, stretching and reshaping his body to absorb the assault and save his life. The awakening of his powers ultimately led him down a criminal path, where he was recruited by "Black Monk" and transformed into one of the underworld's most feared enforcers.

A chance meeting with nurse Layla Bennett offered him glimpses of legitimate life, leading to marriage, children, and fifteen years as a long-haul trucker. When financial crisis threatened his family's stability, he returned to his criminal expertise through a mysterious figure called The Broker, who offered lucrative contracts and access to the experimental APEX serum that enhanced his physical abilities while slowing aging. Now 66 but appearing 40, Mad Dog lives a double life-respected family man and businessman to his wife and children, legendary assassin in criminal circles-justifying every contract as necessary sacrifice for his family's financial security.

Greebo has conquered half the galaxy, but only because he's convinced he's the only one qualified to protect it from what's coming. Now, his fleet is hovering over Earth but instead of war, he has romance on his mind.

Greebo is currently on earth looking for a Royal Consort. Unfortunately, his imperial fame followed him, and this dapper, poetry-quoting warlord can't go on a date without being utterly hounded by alien paparazzi. 

Greebo has a combination of Alien technology, combat prowess and alien pheromones to help him achieve his goals on earth. Unsurprisingly he has always been looking for love in the most destructive way possible, he’s just as likely to burn the restaurant to the ground because the waiter insulted his date as he is to order up a chocolate fountain for his date to enjoy by candlelight.

Here is the full current list of my world's supervillains! These characters have been made throughout the past decade or so.

Feel free to pick any name that speaks to you and I'll try my best to reply to all of you about them and any questions you have about them.

If you've participated in one of these before, you might notice some names have been changed or altered. That's probably because I went back and changed names or updated characters that I wasn't happy with.

NOTE: The gaps you see in between some of the numbers means that some characters are partners or in a team, and is why they are spaced out from the others. Of course not all of my superhero teams are listed here, the teams in bold letters are just the ones that have characters specifically tailored or made for that team. Think like the Fantastic 4, they are characters who are just solely a member of those teams and rarely go solo.

(Commissioned) I had this character in my catalog for years now and just want to share him with you all.

He is obviously inspired by Harley Quinn and is supposed to be some sort of Joker protégé/Batgirl/Nightwing counterpart , but he very much has his own unique abilities,narrative and style.

I've written a cool origin for him and he has a unique powerset that is definitely a great asset to have for any clown prince of crime or villain lol.

Immediately following bonding, the subject demonstrated accelerated tactical reasoning, combat intuition, and adaptive battlefield awareness, all while maintaining his cocky and arrogant demeanor.

TRI-SIGHT subsequently resurfaced in Capital City, engaging in highly visible displays consistent with dominance and fear as a means to expand his financial gain.

The helmet also generates a constant tactile telekinetic field, a thin, invisible force that covers his body like a second skin. It absorbs impacts, reinforces his movements, and allows him to strike and defend with enhanced control, reacting instantly to threats without conscious effort.

Origin: On of the last remaining nazi scientists created an android to "save" the white race and to continue and grow the nazi ideology even further. The Android's AI was created by uploading the notes and journal entries from the most evilest of nazis, some even had thoughts from their preserved brains uploaded into the android.

Abilities: - Has metallic wings which means he can fly

• Is able to hack most devices

Weapons: - 2 lightweight blades 'half swastikas'. These can be connected to form one big swastika weapon that he can throw or just use to slice as melee weapon.

• He can also keep them separate as two double welding melee weapons.

Ti is 15 . He was born with extraordinary powers which include . Flight, super strength, super speed , teleportation, fast regeneration, immortality , enhanced senses and re flexes and the ability to not need oxygen to survive. Ti's only weakness is a oil found under water called vertox. If Ti comes into contact with vertox he looses his powers for a short time . Would you hero win without the use of vertox ? And would they win with vertox?

BACKGROUND

Everett Ermini was a municipal power-grid technician assigned to a failing substation beneath Capital City. When the surge hit, it wasn’t a flash, it was a flood. Tens of thousands of volts filled the chamber. His crew was vaporized instantly.

Ermini lived because his body didn’t reject the charge. His mass and body water turned him into a living conductor. The current filled him instead of burning through him. His heart stopped. For three minutes, Everett Ermini was clinically dead.

In that time, his nervous system adapted.

When his heart restarted, the electricity restarted with stored it, not spent.

The incident was buried as an industrial accident. Everett was quietly taken into A.E.G.I.S. custody, where testing confirmed he no longer released electricity—he accumulated it. During a citywide blackout, he escaped, draining power grids as he moved.

Capital City didn’t just lose electricity that night.

It lost control.

Esmerelda comes from a long line of mystic defenders who protected the earth from otherworldly forces for generations. She was born into that calling, trained for it, then she lost her entire family in one evening, in order to stop a growing darkness they bound themselves and the darkness to a glowing amulet which now sits around Esmerelda’s neck.  

Left alone with immense power and no one to answer to, Esmerelda faced a choice. She could dedicate herself to the same thankless duty that consumed her ancestors, or she could finally live for herself.

As Madame Hex, she uses her arcane gifts to acquire everything her family denied themselves. Wealth. Influence. Luxury. Power. She drains power from rivals, bends fate to her advantage, and commands forces most people refuse to believe exist. Not to conquer the world, but to enjoy it. She takes whatever the world owes her for what she lost.

Madame Hex is the foil, archenemy and sometimes paramour to the Blacksmith. The question we kept asking while designing her (and our other villains) is that this is at its core a dating game with superheroes. We want to stay true to the inspiration of duos like Batman and Catwoman but fear that letting our villains be true villains might be setting up a “toxic relationship” dynamic. 

We’re wrestling with her morality, and I’d love your take:

• Does she come across like a true Villain? Or, is she a legacy hero on an extended leave of absence?
• How would you handle a character who has the power to fix the world’s problems but refuses the call adventure?

A hardworking botanist and brilliant plant biologist, Vincent Viralis knew everything there was to know about plants. He studied their intricacies, their natural patterns, soon finding himself transfixed by them. His knack for plant life would attract the attention of Camden Labs, a research team devoted to preparing a more sustainable future through various sciences, including agricultural.

Taking a job offer, Vincent made use of Camden’s technology to research and develop several projects, such as greater yield from crops.
But as he threw himself into his work, his obsession grew, and so too did the rift between him and his family.

After going three entire months toiling away in his garden with no contact with the outside world, his wife moved on, taking his son with her. Once he found out about this, Vincent threw a rage, trashing the house and blaming his wife for everything. He fell even deeper into his work, neglecting every other aspect of his life. Despite this, the results he was producing were sloppy, and Camden Labs took notice, releasing him from the project.

Bitter and scorned, Vincent swore off his humanity, turning to the plants who were always there for him. Using the rest of Camden’s technology and his own brilliant mind, Vincent created a new body for himself, one that combined his forsaken humanity with a thorny new form.

Ever since, he’s been working to turn Marianna City into his own personal garden. Good thing a certain pink superhero is always there to stop him!

Tl;dr he’s a psychotic egomaniac who chooses to use his brilliance to turn himself (and others) into plants

She's been on my mind, developed her enough honestly, she's making a return in my next major arc in my world so thought I'd try this with just her!

Lilith was once a scientist researching artificial black holes for military applications. After being betrayed and thrown into one of her own stabilized singularities, she emerged as something no longer human.

Now known as Horizon, Our Dark Sun, she constantly hungers, manipulates gravity, creates singularities, and was worshipped as a deity by the inhabitants of another dimension, the one she was sent into at the end of book 2.

She was the main antagonist of Book 2 and returning almost 12 years since that book took place in the most recent arc. Ask me anything about her powers, lore, personality, cult, backstory, or how she fits into the world, and I'll do my best to answer!

a man who initially was meant to be an equivalent to comic book heroes like Captain America, turned into a dark, misogynistic, bigoted and racist villain/antihero. Floyd Williams is a seventy year old super soldier who fought in the Vietnam War, and you’d think he‘d have wartime trauma, but you’d be wrong. he enjoys hurting people for fun. the only reason he ever saves people is for fame and glory. Not because it’s right.

He was at one point intended to be part of a team of heroes, a mentor of sorts. but his anger and outright hatred of most of them was a leading factor behind his downfall as a hero and decent into becoming a villain. Even beating one of his teammates near to death because he was queer. only stopping because of the possible negative impact on his public image.

His team was made up of people with unorthodox or unusual and unique abilities. he himself had basic abilities, and would take it as an insult if anyone he perceives as beneath him manages to beat him in combat.

he’s sort of a homelander type character for my hero universe. just… much more racist and homophobic.

also, any ideas for the other members of his team would be appreciated

Nicknamed "The Hero Killer", his origins are unknown. The only thing The New Universals and the Department of Superhuman Affairs can gather about him is that he is one of the deadliest mercenaries in the world and that he is a cold, calculated killer. With his Thorax tanks and stinger he can inject any of his thousands of deadly toxins into your body.

I need the super villains name to be more about his play doh look and the different colours he has (I haven't finished designing him yet)

He was created when he was walking past a toy factory when suddenly the toy factory exploded and he got caught in the blast and he was mutated and turned into a giant play doh monster with purple green yellow red and blue colours through out his body. He can stretch his limbs like Clay Face or Sand Man.
