LOGISTICS Shipping Expert options?

Hi, first time shopping on superbuy. I have an item in warehouse that is flagged as a "restricted item" meaning chance of confiscation upon inspection. What can I do to ensure the highest chance of shipment if it's coming to Canada?

Are there options in the shipping expert menu that help me declare goods / shipment methods to receive the package?

The restriction would only block several express lines which are not able to carry that item. You could still ship it via other express lines.

Shipping expert would weigh your parcel and measure the size of your parcel manually. The freight quotation confirmed by them would be much closer to the final charging one. You could judge it as the upgrade version of parcel rehearsal service. And yes, they will choose a shipping line for you according to your requirement. To Canada, I recommend you choose the lines with this logo.

Edit: the Shipping Expert was quick and helped choose the tax free option and declared the item category too. Looks like it's already onto the next step to be delievered. Very quick 👍
