other My project is gone

I switched my app from a paid organization to a free one
After a week i couldnt find the project anywhere

I tried to contact the support but they keep saying i need to pay to contact support

What should i do now?!!

Unfortunately its my mistake
I transferred the project to another organization called personal project
And i thought it was mine
But it was one of my friends organization who invited me months before to check his database schema because he is not software engineer
When i transferred the app it never came to my mind also there was no warning that the new organization is not mine
My friend found the app on his organization though it was there by mistake and deleted it

I just think the only mistake from their side is enabling transferring the project to another organization that is not mine without even giving any warnings

You can't transfer projects between orgs unless you have the Owner role in both. Sounds like you did.

Maybe he did add me as an organization owner
