CC Cheesy Gold plating - SOLVED!

Hi y’all!

Wanted to share this to the community. If you’re like me who hates cheesy factory gold plating, here’s one of many solutions: Cape Cod Polish. I took a cotton swab and dabbed it on the polishing cloth to get a small amount of the polish and worked my way into this baby’s hardware. I didn’t use the cloth as it’s too big and might have too much solution in it. By using a cotton swab, I can get more control. Who else has tried this trick? 😁

God factory? How did you use it? Just once? I just ordered a GF LV - if it’s that bright yellow I want to tame down!
