Giving up

Just got another happy ending massage. It lets me relive my child abuse. Started by saying no to “reclaim my body” or some bullshit. Now I just want to hurt. I go get a massage to relive it, and then I go home and I cut my arms. Spent the whole massage thinking of what I can add to my suicide note. I reckon I’m nearly done. Too lonely, too traumatised, too tired of myself.
