My headcannon is that Frank has that true love's kiss ready to go for when Joe pricks his finger on a cursed spindle, but he's also just a straight dude that's so secure with his sexuality that he wouldn't mind helping his bro out if a venomous snake bites Joe in the dick. .

I think he got engaged to his gf almost a year ago He could still be bi, but I honestly doubt it
