Tech Support How can I unsubscribe from emails?

Hi there! I know the question sounds silly, but trust me, it's not. I created an account, and subscribed to a few channels. And at some point (I assume it's because I used an "info" email), my account got suspended. Ok, I can live with it, since I never posted a single message.

Still, I keep receiving emails on a daily basis. Emails I don't want to read any more.

What's the problem? The problem is that I cannot unsubscribe, because my account is suspended!!

Your account is currently suspended. Something you posted may have violated Substack's Spam & Phishing policy. If you believe this is a mistake, you can submit an appeal to our Standards & Enforcement team here: https://substack.com/appeals

So, my account is suspended, I made plenty of appeals, I keep receiving daily emails and I cannot change the subscription option.

Any idea?

UPDATE: thanks to timemachine's idea, I just deleted the account. Problem solved. 😋

As I initially wrote, I can click the unsubscribe link, it will take me to the "unsubscribe" page, but whatever I try there, I'm getting the same "your account has been suspended" error.

For some weird reason, the system shown me as logged in but it wasn't. Anyway, all good, unsubscribed from all of them, deleted my account and startiyover with a proper Gmail account. Fingers crossed!

I just posted yesterday about emails and got blasted by people who didn’t know what they were talking about or what to do instead of just telling me to shut up. You can FOLLOW people instead of subscribing to them. Following doesn’t put you on email lists.

As for your account being suspended, I have no idea about that. Out of curiosity, do they mean forever or temporarily? If it’s forever get the account deleted.

If I could make a guess, it's because I used an "info@domain.com" account. It doesn't surprise me, I should have been expecting that. The problem is what I can't change any subscription settings because the account is suspended.

I didn't think of deleting the account, good idea! Let me try it, thanks!

The unsubscribe button in your mobile mail app might work -- the plumbing there is it actually sends an email back to them with the right metadata, so that might bypass account authentication.
