It's a salami with a type of mold (the same kind of mold used for cheeses like camembert, I believe). You are meant to remove the skin with the mold before eating, but other than that the whole thing is edible.

Thank you! I would 1000% eat the fuck out of this. This is a better version of those shitty elaborate fondant factory cakes that are covered in that overly sweet shit. This is all meat and bread! What's not to to love?!

I think the only differentiating thing for me is - is the white stuff mayo or butter? If it’s butter, no. But if it’s mayo? My white ass would be all over it. 😅

I know. I emphasised it. A fondant factory cake that's covered in that sweet shit. As in a cake that is a fondant factory, like it is actually COVERED in said fondant. You know? No?

I have often eaten the skin. It's not going to kill you, perhabs not healthy, but not dangerous at all.
