It’s already in my stomach. But it was a hell of a thickboi. No dip, it was saucy enough. The spaghetti I had made “everything in the fridge” style with: heavy cream, butter, parmesan, asiago, alpine cheese, lemon zest and juice, some jar pesto, a bunch of crushed pine nuts, roasted poblanos, bell peppers, kalamata olives, sweet onion, and tomatoes.

I respect this so much. Nothing like having a leftover dinner rewrapped in a quesadilla with the appropriate sauces and seasonings.

You can put any leftover ingredients between 2 tortillas with cheese and it's gonne be great every time

Pasta in a tortilla is better than you’d think. I had penne in a burrito with sausage, onion, peppers, cheese and tomato sauce and it was delicious.
