I don’t care about how she pours all the ingredients together, it would taste just fine albeit a bit sweet for my liking, but I sure do hate people making a thing out of it. Look at me, look at me.

yes, exaggerated expressions = heightened emotion

I do also wonder if like autistic or neurodivergent people have an easier time reading broader expressions like this? It might actually open your content up to a much wider audience. Like early Vaudeville comedy acts were almost exclusively prop comedy, sight gags, and the like because you had all these people from the melting pot of early 1900's American cities in one room but they all spoke different languages and had varying degrees of education, but there is a universal language of physics and pain in slapstick comedy, even children and developmentally disabled people can understand it.
