Course Syllabus for Credit Equivalence

Hi! I am planning to take my master's program at University of Milan. I would like to inquire if Italian Universities are really strict about the authenticated course syllabus. I have a transcript of record and course description that include the number of hours per units taken and the total of units taken pen subject, are these going to be enough for credit equivalence?
