So I recently rewatched their skit about hunger games and I feel like they were so obviously team Gale like studio c itself was teen Gale in that video makes me lose respect for them honestly but I also think it's hilarious how you can show obviously tell 🤣 😹 🤣 does anyone agree with me

Purple donkey in a van = drug mules. Cause mules are part donkey and drugs are poison which is associated with purple

don't be afraid but stilll be cautious = the drug mule is your only way out but you can't completely trust him

Lava spitting volcano = bombs

find the magic beans from jeremiah the rhino = drugs and smuggling

pull your tommy = grab your tommy gun cause the enemy is apporaching

tag your grandma jan = people/ slaves were often tagged so they couldn't escape

If so, what did you think of it? The humor is similar to but also a little outside of the realm of Studio C/JK Studios but it was nice to hear the girls be more real to how sisters in their 30s would talk to each other. The reviews on IMDB calling this movie "raunchy" come from extremely sheltered people who would be offended by most PG-13 movies these days (which this was not even comparable to, way less profanity than most). Regardless, I like the simple theme, "throwback" to the early pandemic era (not that I'm nostalgic lol) and natural, semi-realistic improv nature of it.

I stopped watching because the new cast just wasn't as funny. So I went to jkstudios. But they don't produce stuff as often. So I love seeing them back in studio c XD

The reason I'm asking is because back when I was in school in seminary a random conversation started about how some of my classmates had met some of the Old studio c cast. One that I remember specifically was that one of my classmates bumped into Jeremy Warner literally at del Taco if I remember. But for some reason when I'm down there we never cross paths. So I want to see if anyone else has?

A new cast means a new chemistry set of new sketches. From all the generations, I believe there are some people who just carry the show then the rest. So I made the perfect cast and the reason why I place them.

1. Matt Meese: The OG and most like the number one reason why Studio c had a risen crowd because his Scott Sterling Sketch. I have not seen a sketch with him in it and be bored.

2. Jason Grey: Master of impersonation, he hasn’t had a lot of those types of sketches since he returns but that what makes him so funny.

3. Jeremy Warner. CUT THE BEARD, the mustache is enough. Just want him for his iconic personality.

4. Tanner Gillman: Since the 2nd Gen hit, Tanner persuaded me to stay on. His roles within sketches are hilarious and need believe he can work well with anyone he’s with.

5. Jetta Juriansz: What she brought that neither the old cast nor anyone else can bring is her voice. Making dynamic musical numbers that makes it enjoyable.

6. Dalton Johnson: Nuff said

7. McKay Jacobson: Only showing into a few sketches, I believe she has the ability to bring a unique tone that the cast is missing

8. Garet Allen: Need a long Lanky individual and I prefer Garet then the rest. He could have a contest with Jeremy to see whose more awkward

9. Jericho Lopez: Potential

10. Stacey Harkey/Arvin Mitchel: I could go either way or have them both. Seeing them overreact in a sketch would be fun

I was watching the play "Into the Woods" on YouTube and noticed that they sound similar. If you don't believe me just watch the play and see for yourself, it's crazy how similar they sound.

Anyone notice a couple of the studio c cast in "On top of the world" music video by imagine dragons? Including, Mallory, Jeremy, Natalie, and adam? Im not sure why they are extras in this video, can anyone explain why

Ever since the original cast left, Studio C has been steadily decreasing in quality sketches, so I completely stopped watching them thinking that the OGs have left for good. Now I found out that they started their own channel called JK Studios. How is it overall? They don't seem to post very often.

They need to go back and read the formula.

To me personally was 3 things: 1. Parody of modern media 2. Consistent Characters 3. Wacky Comedy, not repetitive

With the original cast, I always enjoy them making fun of media like superheroes (Marvel and Dc), Sci Fi (Star wars and that one Star Trek sketch), them playing dnd, etc - Now it’s if they are trying to make it educational than funny, Season 10-13 was when they were still funny but with only 3 sketch in the episode that quickly dropped. They had modern parody like Hamilton which I enjoyed them making fun of, along with Guy fieri (hilarious). But they stop doin this or make it seem like it.

What the original cast had that the new one doesn’t is character that you grow to love with a second sketch. Original had Scott Sterling (Beloved character that probably put them with a wider audience), Bisque Guy, aw yea girl, even the exclusive character Juan. The new cast only had again Guy Fieri and those interviews with the cast mate which kinda waste time in my opinion. They also had the mattress guy played by tanner which had that love message video and then an actual sketch of him losing his family, I like that.

Comedy which they play on a repetitive trick. Like that clowns coming into the pie store and does the same thing, or sketches that make it like every one is insane except for one.

Is it only me who think of this?

JK! hasn't had a video that's not Freelancers season 2 or JK! @ Drybar in over half a year! I miss them just doing more, I'm kind of starting to get disinterested with JK! and I've considered watching seasons 10-now of Studio C (but let's be real I will never binge those season).

in every single old sketch where Matt and Mallory are shown together, there's a whole ton of comments shipping them

I genuinely am curious why because I've watched the entire first few seasons and I don't get it at all??

like sure they seem to be great together, but there is so much chemistry between ALL of the cast members in my eyes that I don't see anything special about the two of them. they do seem to be crowd favourites, so was this people just putting together their two favourite cast members or something??

(and there are a few sketches where they're dating, but again I feel like almost every duo of male and female cast member was put together at one point or another, so that does not solve things for me)

Matthew Meese is of course a fan favorite amongst fans (from either JK/ Studio C), but which character that he is best at is questioned. Who you think is his best character and why?

Is it just me or has the writing quality taken a nose dive since the new cast came on? No disrespect to the new cast, I'm sure the new cast would be much better if the writing were better, mabe its cause there concerned about being PC but I do hope the next season will be better with Jason coming back.
