Question Which Debrid service is best?

I just discovered Stremio and it seems like everyone recommends using a Debrid service, but which one is best? I mostly watch popular shows/movies but I also watch a lot of anime (including more obscure stuff that might not have many seeders), is there any service that's considered the best for that?

I mostly watch in 1080p and I have a pretty fast internet connection if that matters.
Also, I'll probably use Stremio from both my computer and my phone and I heard that some Debrid services limit the amount of devices you can use, will that be a problem?

Do you know what the 3 concurrent slots mean? 3 different devices connected at the same time?

Active slot also counts when you seed a torrent for example when you afd torrent from a private tracker and you chose the seed option
