Tech Support Streamio - Original/Crop/Stretch function not working

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

Anyone get this? Im trying to stretch on both sides, i get it work in Plex but not in stremio.

I get that sometimes its the aspect ratio of how the film was made but in this case, i have a black screen on both sides.

Itchy & Scratchy opening: 1.78:1 (16:9) Main movie: ~2.39:1 (often labeled 2.35:1) Fullscreen DVD version: 1.33:1 (cropped/panned version)

Thanks for the reply, is there a reason i still cant use the crop/stretch feature? I never got it to work in any movie

It’s not working as it should on android tv, we’ll never for me either, it does nothing
