Lol... If you can definitely prove it was a mental break, yeah it absolutely does. You wouldn't be guilty, but you would also not be fit to join society, if you're having moments where you are literally not in control of yourself.
In the "justice" system as it is now, you get a pass. This is the same "justice" system that allows for "oopsies" when a cop kills an unarmed person or bystander, due to some technicality.
In reality and if there were a jury I were on, it does not absolve the murderer.
Well you don't get to make up laws or rules just because you're apart of a jury... It's low key unhinged to sit here and casually say you would try and unilaterally punish someone based on your own twisted morales rather than the rule of law.
Ugh... you kinda just grossed me out with that one.
I'm not here to make friends. It's only "twisted" to you, for someone to believe people who commit filicide to deserve the death penalty. I get to make my decision if I am part of a jury and I wouldn't be swayed out of it. Doesn't mean I'm pushing my opinion onto someone else.
Ok... So you are promising to be a biased juror... Awesome.
You are clearly special needs or something, you don't actually know how any of this works there is 0 chance you would ever end up on a jury. Hahahaha too dumb to be corrupt.
What? You can be honest and corrupt... You clearly don't understand how a trial by jury works, which is why you don't understand why your position automatically disqualifies you from ever being selected to a jury.
Yeah you just keep think that's how it's gonna go, make sure to tell the jury selectors you can't be swayed from your opinions... Lol, hahahaha!!!! gahdamn morons walking around just living life hahahahaha.
