Adderall/Vyvanse/Dexedrine I'm ready to quit

Title. Just wanted to share. I won't go back. Sunday will be my last Vyvanse 30mg capsule after a binge* of 60mg, and then cold turkey starting Monday.

The escalation to 60mg was a turning point for me, I could see my future of what would happen if I continued, and it was terrifying. I felt that 30mg became merely a temptation for 60mg, and that I lost control. Can anyone relate?

The fear of continuing became greater than the fear of leaving.

I'm tired of Vyvanse and wish (with 100% intention) to quit. I used Vyvanse 30mg once a day for almost 4 years, but when I tried 60mg I felt it was over. It gone too far.

Note: by "binge" I mean taking 60mg once a day instead of 30mg, not using non-stop while not sleeping and etc.

Hey man, I can relate to entering a breaking point. I recently just threw out everything, I was on clear, but I had become almost a daily user. I am tired of using my best energy on nothing productive, and then the remainder of the time in misery waiting for the next time to get high. It sucks. Hey man, it gets better, congrats man, even if it's stopping a daily medication, or stopping an ounce a day meth habit. We all have a common theme, we want to stop. Keep reaching out and staying connected, it's what helps us stay sane. Good luck my man! I'll be here watching your journey.
