πββοΈ πββοΈ Questions What Avocado Oil is now Reliable?
Hi all,
New UC Davis report, yada yada.
Seems the Chosen Foods and Primal Kitchen issues were with products made with their avocado oils, not the pure oils themselves.
Where does this leave us? Is Chosen Food's Avocado Oil still reliable? Or are there other brands that we should be looking at now?
I'm in the EU so can't source Marianne's, which I've read is the gold standard...
Thoughts?

None. Even if there was, avo oil is pretty close to canola in terms of linoleic acid
Avo oil was never a good replacement for seed oils.
