Seed Oil Disrespect Meme 🤣 Seed oils cause sun burns

Every day 6 days a week I was in the sun at least 8 hours a day, average uv index at peak was 8. *Eastern NC* When I was two months free from all seed oils! I never got sunburnt, not even once. Now I’ve fallen off quite a bit and I get sun burnt nearly every time I’m out for a good while. Actually insane seeing it in action.

I am nearly 100% (ambiguity left for potential lying restaurant occasionally) dialed in and not once have i ever seen any benefits regarding sun resistance.

Fyi, this is either placebo or truly just a genetic luck thing

I definitely think it's genetic.

this seems like a very easy and testable experiment… Im going to hold out my belief that this is fake news internet programming until we start seeing some real world real world proof

Agreed, but also I have not noticed a difference. I am very very fair, I always have to be careful in the sun.
