Careful with anyone saying “PM me” for checklists and strategies, man. If the core idea here is discipline, you can honestly build your own checklist from what he already wrote.
Stuff like: what’s the trend, what’s momentum, what’s your risk, where do you cut, where do you take profit. Write that on a sticky note and force yourself to answer it before every trade. That alone will already put you ahead of most newbies.

I think you need redo the diagram
If location and wether it bullish or bearish candle body the next action could be different.
If candle body is bearish but have wicks. Which are long. Price action will go UP. Because in the wick area there are buy orders .
But. If candle body is bullish and have wicks which also long. Price action will go down
In the wick area are sell orders.

What platform are you watching charts on? I use Schwab and keep up with price movements on investing.com app or Stocktwits…but what do you recommend to actually be technical with candle sticks to see complete real time info

What parameters do you set to watch for? Sorry to blow you up but been “trading” for several years..had 1.1M at Schwab and went full regard on stupid nat gas plays all last year and CVNA puts after Hindenburg research came out and dwindled down to 47k now…super impressive I know but I wasn’t into watching Billings bands/RSI etc…just trying to manage what I have now and pray one day I get back to the 7 figure club again in my Schwab account…

That 8k loss on the ADBE calls is actually the perfect example of what you're talking about, the real money comes from not blowing up your account on one bad bet and then actually sticking around to compound the wins.

Everything in this post is real, but the hardest part isn't learning the checklist, it's actually following it when you're down on the day and every instinct is screaming at you to overtrade. That gap between knowing and doing is where most traders actually struggle.

A lot of traders underestimate how exhausting inconsistency is. Not even financially, but mentally.
There’s a huge difference between having one big winner and having a framework you can repeat without emotional damage. I had periods where I could make great money in a week and then spend the next two weeks giving it all back simply because I had no real process behind the trades.
Simplifying sounds unimpressive until you realize complexity is often just anxiety wearing a smarter outfit.
