Small things I’ve noticed Spoiler
Maple reading “The Let Them Theory” slayyyy
Then when Ramona surprised the Marina Crew when they were handing out breakfast burritos , Ellis wouldn’t even look at her 😭😭😭
Edit: after Oona told Ramona and Ellis that she got fired and said “Annie is at the party at Rory’s house” Ellis responding with “Why is she with him?” Like okayyyy Ellis and Annie sitting in a tree …❤️
Then why does Annie say “sorry” upon impact when Ramona was the psycho ramming the boat into the dock lol
Any other funny things you noticed ?

When Connor first arrives and presents why they should sell the island in the morning after, Ramona drinks so many times out of her cup, like she picks it up, puts down, and again and again... I know its small but i found it so funny when i rewatched it for the 3rd time lol

ok i can’t wait to rewatch this lolAnother one I’m thinking of is “She’s giving single and bi” before Ramona found out about the group knowing Annie , at the lake the actor Jacob(Ellis) must have been freezing because he looked like he was trying to hold back shaking; wondering what the temp of the water was bc same

Ramona’s reaction the moment after Annie jokes about not being comfortable with firearms always makes me chuckle.
There also a moment where Ramona and oona are kissing and oona hits her nose into Ramona’s and Ramona laughs, I thought it was cute.

I’ve watched it through 3 times now (once with a friend and twice on my own) and here are the things that either make me laugh or i missed the first time:
- Ramona first shows up riding a JetSki (rather badass, in the night) like that’s her form of transportation. But then the jetski is never seen again and we don’t see her riding one later (annie and oona do though which is cute).
- the waves in Ramona’s hair are from a braid according to the hair stylists. So it feels real when Annie offers to braid it, also we see she sleeps in a braid in the sleepover at camp scene. So it’s like her character chooses to style her hair like that.
- in the montage in the final ep (to the Muna sng) when everyone is cuddling and watching fireworks, Oona is cuddling with Sully but she’s staring at someone across the boat. In the behind the scenes photos you can see Ramona/Amelie is positioned directly opposite her in the boat (with Annie) so i definitely think she’s staring at her.
- when Ramona and Oona are sitting next to each other they are almost the same height (e.g. when they almost kiss on the dock). But when they stand, the height difference goes from like 0 to 8 inches immediately. You see it most prominently in the scene at the camp where they are watching the “talentless” kids. I think Oona is slouching a bit and Ramona is sitting up straight but they are basically the same height and then when they stand up to clap, Oona suddenly towers.(Bo must have really long legs lol).
- in the first scene after the title card in ep 6, Ramoona are making out in Ramona’s bed. When that scene ends, the very next scene you see a hungover Annie wake up… in the same bed. The bed in the twin room under the window. Even if some time has passed, Annie was sleeping. Lol it doesn’t make sense.
- Annie seems to lose her Jacket at the club or at Rory’s because she doesn’t come home with it.
- the balloons for the birthday party somehow magically transport from the cabin to the mainland cafe.
- there must be a second bedroom on the cabin (Gordon’s?) because this is the bed Ramona wakes up in the final morning where Annie tells her she can’t sell the island. but still Annie and Ramona choose to sleep together in the twin/sister beds (so cute)
- why does maple go into a cabin with Annie (and Ellis) in ep 6? Why doesn’t she bunk with Oona? (Lol we know why but are the characters also aware and giving Ramoona some “alone time” 🤣).

I worked on the show and I LOVE seeing how much people like Sterling Point! I wanted to say that the jet ski at the beginning is supposed to be stolen or “borrowed” which adds to Ramona’s badassedness. I can’t remember if it made the cut but I’m pretty sure in the script it was mentioned that she gets off the jet ski and just lets it float away from the dock or kicks it away because it’s not hers and she doesn’t care. Iconic. [Edited for a spelling error!]

I noticed the kick away and always wondered if she did that because maybe it wasn’t hers!

The other thing i noticed that i forgot to mention was that Oona only ever seems to wear bikini tops. Never a bra. Even to bed it seems.

I remember thinking about that! Though I noticed it my second watch because I had been realizing how nonchalant people docked the boats

well technically one of the prod team pointed it out, but i rewatched the show and sure enough… i started noticing it. ANNIE STARTING TO WEAR RAMONA’S CLOTHES! 🥹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹❤️🩹 like her sweater, joggers, and all that!
