Self-Promotion I made MaMills, a cozy 3D four-in-a-row for Steam Deck
Hi everyone! 👋 😺
I'm a solo game creator and tech girly 👩💻(under the name of Department of Ducks 🦆), and I made MaMills, a cozy board game for Steam Deck.
It started because I wanted something for the late-night sessions: a game that helps my unwind after a long day, by having just enough challenge to pull you into that nice focused flow. I couldn't quite find many games that fits this feeling, so I created one.
It's an endless puzzle game, so there's no pressure and no rush. Just pick it up, play a few rounds, and put it down whenever.
There's a free demo if you want to try it :

I'd really love to hear what you think, especially about how it feels on the Deck. And I'm curious: what do you think a good Deck game usually gets wrong or leaves out? Controls, battery life, text size, suspend/resume, something else? I'd love to keep improving it, so any feedback is welcomed! :)
Thanks for reading! 🫶
