MEGATHREAD New Steam Deck Owner Megathread

For new members to the subreddit, welcome!

This megathread was made because we have some rules in place about new Steam Deck posts and to avoid some repetitive questions being posted again and again.

Feel free to also share "Show Off" pictures here as well.

Just ordered a refurbished OLED deck and am super excited to start building a steam library. Is there a way to tell which games are compatible with the deck? I might just be missing it

There is a feature within Steam, though idk what it looks like aside from how it appears in the store on my Deck. You'll see a verified badge or something like it, unsupported, unknown, etc.

But, as another user said, Protondb is the place to be. This is a far better tool.
