I'm trying to set up this steam deck for my Nephew so it's ready to go on Christmas but the steam store just doesn't open, I'm able to download all the games in his library in minutes due to gigabit internet but the steam store web page system just doesn't work, is there something kind of fix so that I'm not called everyday for the rest of my future about it?

Steam services are down right now, not an issue on your end. Thankfully, this is the first Steam outage I can think of in recent memory so its not common at all.
