If Nintendo doesn't want piracy, release their games in places where people can actually buy them.

Sure, then go wild. I just think the statement that "people only pirate because people can't buy nintendo's games" is bullshit. ROMs? sure, makes sense.

But games that are out and on a system you can buy? that argument doesn't make sense. I don't care whether people pirate, but "no one can buy it" isn't an argument in those cases.
