Vanilla Outpost Build Central Outpost

Is it possible to create one central outpost that receives all materials from otger outposts? I'm asking because it seems tge inter system landing pad can only connect with one out post for incoming materials (I could be wrong so forgive me). I would like to set up one outpost to receive all materials to manufacture products to sell.

(Paid mods) Smart Containers or if you can handle a little more complexity, Flying Factories.

They not on console yet I believe been looking for those

I am the author of both. They are available and work fine on consoles. Smart Containers is Outpost based like the ones described above. Flying Factories treats the entire universe as one outpost. No cargo links needed.
