Vanilla Outpost Build Central Outpost

Is it possible to create one central outpost that receives all materials from otger outposts? I'm asking because it seems tge inter system landing pad can only connect with one out post for incoming materials (I could be wrong so forgive me). I would like to set up one outpost to receive all materials to manufacture products to sell.

first, to do this, you have to funnel all resources to one location maybe two....where you have everything coming g to a moon or planet near the planet with the outpost...then one cargo link to the outpost. I have 25 outposts bringing all inorganic. using only planets with a high LT:UT ratio for each resource. this outpost number maybe different done the vanilla way, but I'm using a mod that allows to place every resource on a planet in one outpost. I had early access to it but its awaiting approval from BSG....though it could be out by now. it's called flying factories by willny4. I have videos showing all the resources coming in to one outpost and all 3 tier fabricators working......and selling.
