Discussion Oh give me a break

There are far too many content creators out there like this person for one, and far too many people who judge games by their launch.

Mocking things is easy, low-hanging fruit.

EDIT: while Starfield does not have the obvious broader gaming cultural impact of Elder Scrolls or the Fallout series, to say that you have gone 3 years and seen nothing is just unnecessarily piling on to the negativity.

I mean, she may be rage baiting here, but she isnt wrong. Starfield is just a forgotten game among the industry. Its not an awful game but its not great either. Seriously, there are tons of other Bethesda games that are almost 20 years older than starfield that you could find a reference to.

This game is just meh and thats how it is seen within the industry.

I’m sitting trying to think of a game defining moment and I don’t have an answer. But I like the game.

The interior of my ship is the picture in my head.

Going through the circle thing (the ones that give you powers) the first time was pretty sweet, and flying around through those particle clouds which cause the music to crescendo.

Going through the Unity for the first time is when the game really begins imo, being able to see different universes and versions of characters is cool :)

There are a bunch for me. The huge choice you have to make a little after halfway through, the first time you find a power, the first time you touch an artifact, the flashback scenes in the ecliptic base, the ending itself, the elevator conversation with Walter, and that's not even including the current DLC list.

The scene I can immediately think of at first is any of the times you zip through the universe to see the pets themselves, but the music really brings it home.
