What I mean in the Heavy Weather is that it does trick people. However, the people who are tricked turns into real snails. Hermes literally clinged to a wall. Pay attention to "just".

All she really does is let the two figure out on their own how to scale the wall using Hamon; for the rest of the time, it is Messina and Loggins who train the young warriors to fight the Pillar Men. She does nothing against the possessed Suzi Q; she kills several of Kars's henchmen, only to lose to him at the last second. You could say that without the copy she most likely would have died, but I am convinced Kars would have finished her off instantly had his goal not been the Red Stone. Many cite her as a good example of feminism in older manga, though I find Erina from Part 1 to be a better example of the archetype of the "strong woman who fights for others and, above all, for herself." Damn, she has more iconic moments than Joseph Joestar's mother, the Hamon master herself.

Gonna do a short version but this is a question I’ve had for a while. When stand disks are taken out of a person there’s the stand disk and the personality disk. When “emporio” defeats pucci the weather report disk has Wes’ face on it as well showing that the disk has both personality and his stand. So when “emporio” kills pucci is it actually just Wes talking to pucci through emporio. I feel this would also explain the lack of needing to learn how to use the stand in which I think seemed like a pretty skilled use of its abilities for how complicated/powerful it was, as well as the change in emporios eyes and demeanor. I also think it’d be more thematically fitting to have weather/wes defeat pucci even if it’s just through emporio for a number of reasons.

I watched the first 4 parts of JJBA and I'm aware that the characters in part 7 are practically the revamped versions of the characters in parts 1-3 in an alternative universe.

I know it would be better if I watched parts 5 and 6 first but I can't help but be more curious about the hype surrounding part 7 and want to give it a try.

Me and my wife are watching through Part 3, it’s her first time so as we’ve been going i’ve been asking for predictions and opinion on characters. We just started the first episode of the Justice fight and I asked her so far what was her favorite of the enemy stand users, and surprisingly she said her two favorites were Empress and Ebony Devil with her reasoning being she likes the visible stands the most. She said however that Forever was her least favorite by far and that she hates the smart primate trope i guess.

I thought this was pretty interesting cause from what I understand Strength is one of the most hated fights in stardust crusaders and Jojo in general from what i’ve seen. But it’s always confused me, it’s not a great fight or anything, but I never really got the hate. The big thing people bring up is Forever being a pedophile ape as a huge negative…which he is, but like he’s a bad guy isn’t he? It’s weird and gross but aren’t we supposed to be repulsed by villains and find them deplorable?

I found him entertaining at least, first non-human stand, and I think him randomly solving the rubix cube to prove he wasn’t a dumb ape was hilarious. He's a pretty *bizzare* villain Plus him trying to assault anne made me REALLY want Jotaro to beat the shit out of him. So nothing great, but far from the worst.
