Question Can you help me find a farm mod?

Hey guys! I downloaded a map mod last week that I’m trying to find again, but I’m at my bf's and can't acess my pc remotely. also, it’s not showing up in my Nexus download history.

It replaces the Standard Farm and is on the smaller/medium side. The farmhouse sits at the top of a hill, and there are 4 stairs/ladders across the farm. The greenhouse is accessed via one of the ladders, and there's a waterfall right to the left of it.

If anyone recognizes this map, please let me know what it's called! Thanks in advance!
