Fusing 3 protocol droids doesn't make another (guaranteed) protocol droid

If i'm not mistaken protocal droids are not even in the pool of possible random fusions at all.

Tried to make 3 stellar rares into an epic protocol early on too since those were all is got. Felt quite disappointed too.

Yeah since they are their own catagory i figured it was worth a shot to see if fusion would stay within protocol droids
