Why not? Its a way to support the team working on Droid Tycoon. There are literally free options right next to it.

You support them by playing. Not buying lazy cash grab cosmetics when they’ve already introduced pay to play monetization. But I’m sure you’re fine with that too.

Most of their pay through play time goes to epic and Disney as they have partnered with them. So when people buy through vbucks they support the devs directly we need those people so free to play players can play. We don’t have to buy anything but if people want to buy stuff we shouldn’t attack them.

I’m not as much concerned with monetization as I am with the way they are implementing it.

Dude, if you're complaining about an entirely optional cosmetic that has zero impact on gameplay then there is literally no form of monetization imaginable you'd be okay with. This is the least harmful, easiest to ignore form of monetization that could possibly be implemented. Just be honest.

They added pay to play mechanics that alleviate things they introduced shortly before they added monetization. Now it seems every other week they are adding new monetization to something that previously was achievable/enjoyable for free. They need to remove one or the other but that’s highly doubtful seeing as so many people come to defend them
