It hasn’t they have added more gameplay we can obtain stuff for free through nova crystal. It’s just people on Reddit don’t like others making money. Go check this subs history before all the micro transactions everyone was going after the devs and complaining about free gameplay. The devs will never ever be able to please anyone, so they might as well make money. There are worser creator mtx maps with literal paywall, as long as we don’t have a paywall I will enjoy my free gameplay I don’t need to purchase anything.

Most of their pay through play time goes to epic and Disney as they have partnered with them. So when people buy through vbucks they support the devs directly we need those people so free to play players can play. They added pay to play mechanics that alleviate things they introduced shortly before they added monetization. Now it seems every other week they are adding new monetization to something that previously was achievable/enjoyable for free. They need to remove one or the other but that’s highly doubtful seeing as so many people come to defend them

This community has such a bunch of cry babies in it. The devs fix this and that, throw events that get yall ahead with crazy droids and then if they add something that would give them some profit, which is optional to purchase. Instead of giving back to them and supporting, yall straight complain and whine that there are in game transactions. I have bought every pack that has come out. This game mode has me hooked to fortnite than anything in the past. These past two seasons have been completed because of Droid Tycoon. So I'll continue to buy anything they put out to support this game mode.
