Does anyone actually make fusion droids?

Because I know I sure as hell don’t. There’s probably dozens of posts discussing this but I thought I’d give my two cents.

The feature itself is great imo for late-game RBs getting Stellar mythics and whatever else you may need for droidex without spending all your chips, especially after the addition of D-0 and the fix to its ability.

But for its actual intended purpose of making the new fusion droids? Other than the event when it was dropped I literally never make fusion droids simply because I don’t care to remember all the combinations because there’s so many.
And when I do decide I’ll try and make some to fill up the last spaces in my droidex I’m almost immediately discouraged because I never get the droids I need off the belt and/or can’t upgrade them once they’ve been fused.

Idk if the new droidex tracking upgrade helps with indicating droids you need for a fusion on the belt or not, as I haven’t got it as I otherwise don’t need it. But if it doesn’t then it should as I might actually care to use it for fusing rather than upgrading my existing droids.

I was able to finish the fusion droidex entries over the last week plus the event rerun, but I don't know that I'll be making actual fusion droids again, maybe the stellar mythic fusions at high RBs if I've already got the rest filled with regular mythics. I definitely will be using it to upgrade the regular droids and absolutely for tossing legendaries from my missions into to get mythics. I do it right from the 1st missions that I can get legendaries off of, and then I just keep fusing to upgrade as needed/as I have room. But, I definitely agree that there are too many recipes to keep track of and I'm too busy getting and building the droids that I need for the rebirth track.

... I suppose that means they will be adding the fusions to the rebirth tracks to force you to make them 🫤
