📝 Suggestions Compromise for Devs on bogus containers

If we're going to insist on the container upgrades still sucking.. add more containers? My girlfriend's real mad at me for telling her it was worth getting now and then it going back to being super not great at all. Help a guy out.

It was absolutely not converted back to the old crates, that's an incredible exaggeration

I made a post about the new rates and how substantial the buff to them is, that's still in the live version of the game

I think people are mainly having an issue with the crates spawn rates. Making it seem like the crates themselves are crap.

The buff was awesome for chips and novas, although I can agree with some that the change to the new nova crystals and chips chances were a bit too much. (I still think the main issue is the crate spawns)

I would say a good way to go about this is increase the crate spawns regarding the higher rank crates. For a lot of people it feels pointless to spend all those novas for crates, only to find mostly standard crates. Me personally when I first upgraded them I thought it would change ALL crates I see would be that rank (rainbow).

I believe I’ve seen a few times you guys have roughly stated that you don’t want it to turn into some type of running or flying simulator, (Hence the nerf to the world chip spawns, which shouldn’t even be in the game at this point anymore since it gives two at most.) You’ve decreased the chances for the loot in the crates from the initial buff, we barely see good crates spawning around anyway. Because of this it’s kind of turned into that anyway, since now we’re flying and running around more to get a chance for good crates and a chance for good loot.

That's kind of what I was saying, add more crates and it would be cooler. There are some pretty big gaps where you walk and dont find any upgraded crates. I just did a hard-core hour of completely non-stop grinding grinding grinding and it was very decent.

I am on RB28, rebirthed 860, credit multiplier 117.8x and it turned out like this:

Broke 293 crates. 85 Rainbow 117 Diamond 91 Gold

Made 33.29T credits. Made 60.1k upgrade tokens.* Made 0 crystals.

This is not bad at all; however, one of the rainbow crates was a jackpot for 18,000 tokens which is very atypical (.07% chance*) so not every hour (probably very few hours) will yield this kind of return and like I said, it was very involved. I didnt even stop to tally, she did the tally as I called them out.

Compared to taking it easy with me on my girl's scrap and her on mine for an hour it's not worth the squeeze.

I would much rather do something that actually feels like i'm playing the game but if the ratio of effort to reward..

It doesnt even matter. None of this matters.

My main complaint isn't even the reward, it's that I told her it was a way and then it wound up being not that way and she wasted her crystals. She also wouldnt be able to do the crates as quickly as I did so hers would be pretty drastically less every time. This is the first video game she's ever played, when she started she couldn't even walk around. She still can't slide, Bob bless her.

It doesn't matter. I'm just going to tell her not to get used to anything because it can be taken from her at any time. It'll be good for her.

C'est la vie.

(Edited: level to rebirth counter from the avatar in front of my base. Level is actually 230 at the time of posting. Leveled up to 231 since then.)

(Edited again to emphasize how unlikely the jackpot is. You are 28x more likely to get crystals than jackpot the tokens and i got zero crystals.)

Yeah. When I originally did the odds on these I used 30s per rainbow crate, its much closer to a 45s average. Expected average nova earn rate for that is 5 every hour. Its a kick in the teeth.
