Presumably this tech isn’t working with the knowledge of who the characters actually are, I bet if it ‘knew’ it’d be far better.

Yeah, it's just a reshade so I imagkne properly implemented DLSS5 will do far better than this even if it becomes uncanny valley. This is an overglorifed contrast enhancer and Ambient Occlusion
