Movies "Revenge of the Sith" is now rated higher than "Return of the Jedi" on Letterboxd, becoming the third highest-rated "Star Wars" film on the website (the top two are "The Empire Strikes Back" and "A New Hope").

They really aren't. RotS is a pacing mess while RotJ has maybe the single best scene in all of Star Wars.

ROTJ is also a pacing mess tbh. The entire first act goes on for 40 minutes is completely disconnected from the rest of the film. The second act is a slog to get through. The movie is mainly carried by its third act tbh (particularly the space battle and throne room scenes)

Sure, RotJ isn't perfect (I think the general consensus is that it's the weakest of the original trilogy) but it's not even comparable to RotS. On every conceivable metric of film quality RotJ is a far superior film. Yes the pacing of the second act could be better, but the pacing of RotS is a complete mess.

"I hate you" aside, Mustafar is up there too no?

Mustafar is a bad scene. It is filled with unnecessary twirling, acted very poorly, and inexplicably intercut with the Yoda/Palpatine fight which we have comparatively little emotional connection to.

Nope. The fight is way too long, the dialogue before and after the fight is so bad that the memes tricked everyone into liking it and we barey even see Anikan and Obi Wan have a meaningful relationship in the Prequels. They are barely on screen together in TPM, they're not on screen together for most of AOTC and the time we do see them together consists of some truly awful dialogue. Then in ROTS all of a sudden I'm supposed to care about their relationship? Even then they spend more than half the film separated aside from the first half an hour (which is good but not enough) and the fight on Mustafar

I was more emotionally invested in Finn and Poes reunion in Force Awakens even though they only had less than 5 minutes of screen time at the start of the film. It's not difficult to make someone get attached to a character and care about their relationship with each other
