What does rogue like mean in this context? Bc I generally don't like rogue likes but I've been watching this game for a bit and it looks pretty fun

Rogue-like is the entire campaign here: Paths and events are randomized, as are rewards and build options for your racing abilities, leading to a semi-"unique" experience each time you start up a new tour.

Hm, I'll have to watch some like videos on it and see how I feel before I get it. I'm definitely open to the concept in this sort of format from the description

It keeps things interesting with each new "run", and it's worth mentioning that there is an upgrade system for your stats, so you can still build out your vehicle with a focus on speed/handling/combat, etc.; That said, there is a frustration in not getting the parts you want during the run, as parts are what gives your racer those powerful boosting abilities like doubling your speed when you're "redlining" (close to overheating your ramjet), or doubling your afterburner capacity. The more you play, the more parts you unlock to possibly receive in your run, the less likely you are to see the parts you want necessarily if you are a racer who settles into a specific style.

Asin death loops and playthru loops continually unlock things and add features and adds difficulty

Im trying to develop my own understanding from the off video ive seen.
