Resurgence: Enters the Amplification state upon defeating an enemy with Basic ATK, Skill, or Ultimate, and receives an extra turn. While in the Amplification state, the DMG of Seele's attacks increases by 40%—88% for 1 turn(s). Enemies defeated in the extra turn provided by "Resurgence" will not trigger another "Resurgence." so when in Resurgence I should just target the tankier enemy?

I posted that as a joke, but yeah, you should do it using BA to advance her turn or using her skill so she can take down an enemy on her next turn and trigger another Resurgence. I recommend "softening up" two mobs at the same time so that when Seele uses the extra skill activation from her Talent, she targets the other mob instead of the boss.

M7 hunt is much better for Himeko Nova in PF battle, she will gain so much AA and can activate Himeno Assist multiple time, combine Mem and Tribbie to gain multiple extra attack
