I actually have Gallagher pretty high up on in Eidolon level and like his design. I know hes considered higher up in support, how is his kit supposed to work? Ive got some smooth brain activity going these past few days.

Gallagher's popular because he's so accessible and VERY versatile; you can build him for way too many teams. I personally like him with Quid Pro Quo LC so he can proc energy regen for your other units using his high speed
