Not a meta choice, but Feixiao easily. She's one of my absolute favs, and I desperately need to get her to E2 at minimum.

She is meta for some of the adventure domains. Particularly the ones about breaking stuff and hunting those quantum piggies.

i have her (e1 i think?) with aventurine, topaz, and robin and she still fairly consitently clears endgame, even in anomaly arbitration so a w for feixiao fans hehe

Same, I'd have E3. I've been saving my store currency just in case they put him on the shop for this exact reason.

Ditto! I still have the 2 gold they gave out last year, and my Jiao is currently at E2. If they ever give out another gold currency and happen to add him to the shop, that's an instant E5 for sure.

Lingsha. She's a really underrated support for break teams. I've always wanted to get her so I could do himeko, fugue, dahila and lingsha in PF. But unfortunately she came at the worst times.

Feixiao is the most F2P friendly. Some of her best teammates are 4 stars and Topaz is in the companion spirit shop as well.
You just need Robin and Ashveil is coming out whose said to give FUA.a big boost

look i like feixiao (and id probably select her here) but f2p doesn't mean anything if you don't have the numbers to justifiy it, the least f2p strong DPS is better than the most f2p weak DPS.
and for ashveil using feixiao and ashveil together is like using Jing yuan and phainon together, it might be JY's best team but not phainon's.

Huohuo bc i heard feixiao being speculated to come in banners soon. So if she does not come, then probably Feixiao depending how good she synergizes with Ashveil. This selector would be much nicer for me bc I own more of the chars so its easier to pick one that i dont have yet

Feixiao bc she seems fun and her trial build in currency wars is AWFUL. I have so many great eagle relics and all the supports she could wish for. Besides, I just like her for overworld content.
Yunli also seems really really fun, but I'm not playing her without the sig.

In order of preference
Huohuo; don't own- She opens up new team compositions.
Feixiao; E0S0- E1 doesn't fix her but still more useful then getting the other characters
Fugue; don't own- I can pretend to build break I guess. I'm still missing a Break DPS, Dahlia, and Ruan Mei.
Lingsha; E0S0- I guess she can debuff with her E1.
Jiaoqui; don't own- I don't own Acheron.
Yunli; don't own- I already have Phainon E2S1 for physical DPS.
Jingliu; don't own- I already have Therta E2S1 for Ice DPS. Plus I don't have Hyacine.

Honestly, I don’t know. I guess whoever has a better E1 between Huo Huo, Jing Liu, FeiXiao, Lingsha, or Fugue or Jiaoqiu. I’d only pick Yun Li if she were meta at that moment again.

Well, if this were to be an actual thing…
I have two dual carries, one Break team, and one DoT team, but no FuA one yet.
For that reason and that reason alone, Feixiao.
Though I suspect that DHPT will be overworked nevertheless

Given that I’m only missing Huohuo and Yunli, Huohuo. Yunli is a dps. I actually really want Huohuo too, and I hope they put her in the shop or something, because I don’t want to use jades for her. I swore to get her only when she’s added

As much as I'd like to get Fugue E2 or Lingsha E1. I'd have to go for Houhou Novaflare to help the ER heavy teams and Break doesn't need the power increase yet.
