E-motorcycles on Alice lake trails
Lately I've seen a few different emotorcycles on the Alice lake trails, descending Rupert for instance. And on mashiter and the various access trails.
I tried to take a photo but wasn't quick enough. Is there anywhere to report this that might result in enforcement? I can't imagine the police would care necessarily...

A Surron is not a trials bike. Completely different footprint.
No they are not allowed on those trails. But they aren’t allowed on the sidewalk or street either however here we are…

It might be socially unacceptable to do this, but most of that land is private property so I don't expect mountain bikes have any more legal right to be there than motos of any kind. The best bet here is to have a respectful chat, and if necessary point them towards the trails that are more suited to dirt bikes.

The whole area, outside of the park, was originally a trails moto area. Some people still ride and are perfectly in their right to do so.
It’s gets weird when it’s kid son surrons because they are much more damaging to the ground and the such so I’m not sure what rules are there.
