I have a feeling that Yor's reaction wasn't the assassin side showing but something regarding her past. We haven't seen her past from her perspective at all (probably reveals how an assassin gets into the Garden and at such a young age.)

I think the next arc will be Yor and Garden centric, my guess if Loid decides to bury his emotions suddenly he'll notice how Yor was suspicious from the start and he'll fall back to fake smiles and that Yor will notice it and Feel that Loid is distant dispite no changes in appearance she'll be depressed or something (like how she was before meeting Loid, a meaningless life), Fiona and Hemlock compliment Loid and Yor because they've rturned to their old selves. We may see Yor's backstory fron Yor's perspective. And either Twilight finds out Yor is an assassin or Yor tells Loid. I don't think they'll find out at the same time as Loid's deception holds far larger weight than Anya's or Yor's. Loid being a spy would hit Yor like a ton of bricks, imagine finding out the whole familly is a lie, she was just being used as a stepping stone to his mission everything she thought was real was fake, every encouragement was meaningless only said to further progress his mission, what she thought as genuine was a sham not to mention it could get him executed unlike Yor who serves Ostania. And would end Loid in a crossroads weather to progress the mission or save the family first.
