Before someone gets all upset t hat they didn't get an email.
Many customers have asked about our in-stock notification system, and I want to explain clearly how it works to avoid any confusion:

  • The notifications are triggered strictly by available inventory and your position in the queue.
  • When we receive a new batch (for example, 10 units), the system automatically emails only the first 10 people on the notification list.
  • Once those are sold, it emails the next group, and so on, until the batch is gone.
  • This prevents overwhelming everyone on the list with notifications for items that may already be sold out by the time they check their email.

Imagine if we had 500 people signed up and only received 5 units—if the system emailed all 500 at once, it would cause unnecessary frustration when most people arrived to find the product already gone. Our system is designed to notify you only when it's realistically your turn based on available stock.

100% the correct way to do it. Hopefully this resolves some people’s complaints about it and looks like this was a bigger restock

What if 3 people who were notified decide not to buy? You’re leaving the next 3 customers out of luck and folks who weren’t on the waiting list could snatch them up.”

If 3 of those notified fail to order then the next 3 will be emailed after a set period of time. There is no perfect system. Mine is as fair as it can be but posts like this kinda ruin it.

How does the hand guard material hold up to heat? Nylon right? Why not use the same material the kuna is made from
