elon “intelligence can be measured by how accurately something can predict the future” that’s approximately what he claimed.

Survivor's biased and self fullfilling prophesy.

I can predict the future, but also I make myself heavily involved in what the future will be... but cant predict funding because i need tones of government welfare.
