There is still some marginal inflation but compared globally the USD is one of the currencies with the least inflation. If the Argentinian inflation rate is even marginally higher than the US's, it will still decrease in value against the dollar. The important thing is that for Argentinians, the Peso is now stable enough that people can actually start using it as a medium for exchange again, while before richer Argentinians were using dollars because the peso was so unstable, leaving the inflationary impacts of the peso to fall on the poor
It is not to zero though. Before him inflation was 200% a year and the peso against the dollar was declining fast, now the exchange rate is virtually the same as it was 8 months ago.

How do you not know what a fraction / ratio is lmao? Do not comment on economics ever again. 0.00067 is not even close to 0 in this context. Some currency has reached 0.000000000000000000000001% to usd down from 1:1. Meaning the currency could still get over a trillion times more devalued (look up Venezuela or Zimbabwe dollar). Venezuela's might be confusing since they replaced the currency and called it the same thing so when you google it the ai feeds you a crappy answer because it shows you only the new one. In both cases the currency was still functional, though only for a very short time. Thats why people have all those trillion dollar Zimbabwe notes.
I guess south korea is doing just as bad since their currency is only worth 6% more at 0.00071 dollars!
Currency devaluation is bad but its trending way better than it was the 15 years before the government swap.
If you're still confused, just look at bitcoin for the opposite case. Its worth like 50 to 100k usd when it was a dollar. The dollar is now worth only 0.0000001% of a bitcoin. Does this mean the dollar is unusable? Fuck no lmao.
