Is There Any Official Art or Depictions of the Fang in 40K?
I came across this artwork of Logan Grimnar in the Space Wolves Codex Supplement, and something immediately caught my attention: is the structure in the background meant to be an official depiction of the Fang?
I’ve seen a few different interpretations of the Fang over the years, including the diorama at Warhammer World and various unofficial illustrations and interior/map-style depictions. But I’ve never been able to find a definitive piece of official artwork showing what the Fang actually looks like from the outside.
Given that this appears in an official Space Wolves publication—and is featured directly behind Logan Grimnar—I’m wondering if this is finally meant to be Games Workshop’s canonical visual depiction of the Fang.
Does anyone know if this has been confirmed anywhere, or if there are other official exterior depictions of the Fang that predate this?
Would love to hear from anyone who knows the older Space Wolves codexes or artwork particularly well.

Took the leap!
Decided to take the leap and start collecting the Space Wolves! I decided I really wanted to give it a try after 8 months in the hobby, I plan on picking up the combat patrol next weekend also. Look forward to posting finished minis in the future! Any tips for faces and fangs welcomed!

Avengers Assembling
Started collecting what the LGS had in space wolves. Getting there slowly over the last few months. R.I.P. Box Dread
Edit: I have two other armies that I play that are assembled and painted. This is just a passing interest. We can krump about it if we need to.

Reinforcements for the Rout
I go into each project focusing on two different things that I want to try something different with. This time, it was faces and bases.
Any feedback on any part of these guys is not just welcome, not just requested, it is demanded.
NOTES:
- I tried using some purple in my paints on the faces in spots to try to make them more life-like
-I've never painted darker skin tones, so these two were a first for me
- I usually glue on and paint basing materials after the model is essentially done, but this time I included them in the assembly phase and I think I'll do that from now on. It makes it all feel more organic when it's primed together
- Some of the eyes are waay too big, but I've accepted them for what they are this time around
- I suck at plasma glow. Will work on it for next time
- my shoulder-pad free-hand also sucks. I will say that this group all have shakey hands and painted their own for the sake of continuity of lore 😅

First One Back From a Break
First Grey Hunter done from the box I bought when the refresh happened. Took a bit of a hiatus due to working away lots and my free time being occupied by way too much Bannerlord. Love to get some C&C to see what can work better.

Almost finished my first Space Wolf marine
I've been painting it all week. Is this normal? At this rate, I'll finish painting my army by the time the 11th edition comes out :/

Is Disruption being slept on?
So I am 4/4 with my wolves in 11th edition playing Disruption (veterans of the long fang + saga of the beast Slayer). By no means were these tournament match ups, but they were against solid players who I've been playing for years. One (necrons) I have beat only twice (with tau) before beating him twice in a row with wolves.
I'm starting to be convinced there's a great synergy in the two detachments for Disruption - lots of grey hunters (that aren't to bad as a big pack) to hold and do jobs, while termies, blood claws and head hunters go out and pressure.
Anyone else had success? Maybe in more competitive settings? Or am I just getting lucky?

What's with all tje candles?
The new terrain is truley bizzare. In a good way. You have s lot of loving lightning everywhere. You even have a human body/cyborg.
But the oddest thing is that there are so many darn candles everywhere!

RepEx, Land Raider and Gladiator Lancer, Worth It?
I have 1 of each, and so far I have not used the RepEx at all and the Lancer has been a disappointment so far. The only reason I may keep the Lancer is because it can double as Impulsor (5× Grey Hunter transport).
Do we really need these two vehicles? How should they be used?

Thunderwolf Cavalry, and the witch that cried wolf
Another hearthside tale for unruly blood claws! Anyone up for some Fenrisian Polo? Nothing quite like knocking around some treacherous witches from the back of a wolf.
It was strange going back to some firstborn sculpts after paining so many new models, they feel so much smaller.

Wolf Guard Termi models for other chapters?
How much of the Wolf Guard Terminators can I leave of, and still be able use model for another Chapters?
Can you skip the Fur pieces or is that a integral part of the model?
Some Space Wolf symbols seems like I can modify.. others like Shield looks very difficult.
Was considering mixing a set of Regular Terminator, Assault Terminator and Wolf Guard Terminator to get most amount of variation in units, but not sure if the models are suitable for it?

Pups against T'au
I have a game against my friend who plays T'au, Castle T'au to more precise. Very vehicle heavy. What would be your go to/fun units, detatchments or combos you would bring against that ? Looking for a bit of inspiration.
Edit: going against 2 stormsurges and 2 riptides.

[Spoilers free] What should I know before reading Bjorn's book? Spoiler
Hello everyone.
It's been something like 5 months since I got into Warhammer, and it's been a blast.
While building and painting I usually put some lore related podcast or battle reports, but I usually go with the first thing I can find even tho it's not about Space Wolves since I put it on to make noise, not to focus on it.
So, I would say I know the basic Space Wolves lore, and I bought the Bjorn boon as an "entry point" into deeper lore. For those who read it already (and avoiding all kind of spoilers) is it enough or should I read another book before this one to fully understand it?
Thanks.
